How To Download and Install 4.2.2 Jellybean Android Custom ROM in Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone

Important Note (Pre-requirements) :
1. Your mobile should have 70%-80% battery. (We recommend you should charge the battery 100%)
2.You should enable USB Debugging mode in your android device. (All applications>Settings>Manage Applications>Development> USB Debugging)
3. You must back up your device data to keep it safe.
4. Device Bootloader must be unlocked.
5. Your Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone must have CWM Recovery installed.
6. Install Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone USB Drivers from here.
STEP BY STEP METHOD TO INSTALL CUSTOM ROM:

7. Download the file needed to install custom ROM Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone
STEP BY STEP METHOD TO INSTALL CUSTOM ROM:
1. Transfer the zip files you downloaded to external memory card.
2. Power off your Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone and we need to go to recovery mode by using the key combinations Volume up+volume down key and Power key.To move up and down in the recovery mode use volume up and down buttons and power key to select the item in the mode.
3.Now we need to perform full format so go for it by selecting "wipe data/factory reset" and format the cache by selecting "wipe cache partition" and then move on to advanced options in CWM Recovery and then select wipe dalvik cache.

5.Now go back to recovery menu and select reboot system.Your Samsung Captivate™ I897 Smartphone will take 12-16 minutes to update its system so be patient.
