Important Note (Pre-requirements) To Install Custom Rom CyanogenMod 10.2 in Nexus 4  :

1. Your mobile should have 70%-80% battery. (We recommend you should charge the battery 100%)

2.You should enable USB Debugging mode in your android device. (All applications>Settings>Manage Applications>Development> USB Debugging)

3. You must back up your device data to keep it safe.

4. Install Google Nexus 4 USB Drivers from here.


5. Your Nexus 4  must be rooted and Clockword Mod Recovery(CWM) must be installed in it.


6. Download the required files to install Custom ROM in Nexus 4 :
STEP BY STEP METHOD TO INSTALL CUSTOM ROM:

1. Transfer the zip files you downloaded to external memory card.

2. Power off your Nexus 4 and we need to go to recovery mode by using the key combinations Volume up+volume down key and Power key.To move up and down in the recovery mode use volume up and down buttons and power key to select the item in the mode.

3.Now we need to perform full format so go for it by selecting "wipe data/factory reset" and  format the cache by selecting "wipe cache partition" and then move on to advanced options in CWM Recovery and then select wipe dalvik cache.

4. Now go back to recovery menu and then we need to install the custom ROM by selecting option "install zip from sd card" and then select the "custom ROM" you downloaded and moved to memory card in above steps.It will ask yes or no, for confirmation select yes.Be patient it will take 4-5 minutes to install and get completed.

5.Now again do this step but this time select "Gapps" instead of Custom Rom zip file.And again it will take time to complete installation.

6.Now go back to recovery menu and select reboot system.Your Nexus 4 will take 10-15 minutes to update its system so be patient.
